| Description | The AZ series laser cutting integrated air compressor combines air compressor, air receiver tank, refrigerated dryer and precision filters in one unit. Five-stage precision filtration (gas-water separator + P + M + S + H) efficiently removes water, dust and oil to ensure stable laser machine operation. It features an efficient, energy-saving aluminum alloy three-in-one heat exchange dryer, multi-channel temperature/pressure intelligent monitoring, R134a environmentally friendly refrigerant and a standard anti-freeze constant-pressure expansion valve. The one-piece design occupies a small area, is easy to install and saves space. The large receiver tank better filters water from the compressor, with a damping and noise reduction system to lower noise. Model AZ-20A delivers 1.05 m³/min displacement at 1.58 MPa, 15 kW power and 3000 r/min, supporting 380V/50Hz with oil content below 3ppm and a total weight of 470 kg — the ideal air source for laser cutting. |
